Too Many False Detection From My Video Smart Lock

If the Video Smart Lock is constantly triggering false motion detection, please try to adjust the following settings in the eufy Security app.

1. Please set an Activity Zone or narrow the existing activity zone. (Device Tab > “...” Icon > Settings > Motion Detection > Activity Zone

2. Decrease the Detection Sensitivity. (Device Tab > “...” Icon > Settings > Motion Detection > Sensitivity)

3. Choose the Human Only mode as the Detection Type. (Device Tab > “...” Icon > Settings > Motion Detection > Detection Type > Human Only)

If the issue still persists, please contact us and provide us with the following information for further analysis.

  • A picture showing the activity zone if an activity zone is set up.
  • A picture showing the Motion Detection settings.
  • A picture or video showing events that were falsely triggered.
